Pavna dam
also known as Holiday weekend. Pawna dam
spread around 20 km. It’s situate near pavna nagar. It’s about
115 KM from Mumbai and 45-50 from
pune . The best way to reach at pawna dam via Pune ,Connect to Pune-Mumbai Old
express, reach Kamshet, take left and connect to pavna nagar road . It will take approx 90 minutes from Pune.

famous because of dam, there are many attraction nearby pawna dam like fort
Lohgad, Tikona, Tung and Visapu. Heritage places like Prati Pandharpur, sathya
sai hadshi , chinmaya vibhooti and last but not least shiva temple located
tikona fort. This place has been attracted throughout the year for domestic
tourist as well as international. There are some best resort and night camping
sites near Pawna Lake. Where visitors can stay and enjoy the scenery.

: This fort has been famous many
years. Every week 50-60 visitor visit
this fort. The height from sea level of this fort is 3700 feet. The tikona fort is a great trekking
destination. As the fort is triangular
shape. Best time to trekking winter and
summer.
Tung fort:
The name of the fort called kathin gad. The height of this fort from sea level
is 3600 feet. This fort is difficult for
trekking. Tung fort located closed to pawna dam hence you can see backwater of
three side of fort.
